Abstract Preparation and Submission Rules

• Abstracts should be prepared in Turkish and English on different pages. If your language is not Turkish, send your abstract only in English.
• Abstracts of original research studies should contain scientific publication sections such as objectives, methods, results, and conclusions. The review abstracts are not asked to contain these topics. Examples of abstract sending styles for original researches and reviews were given below.
• The abstract should be 250-350 words (except title, author names, and keywords) and be prepared with Microsoft Word Program using Times New Roman, single spaced, 12-point font.
• In the first line, title, in the second line authors' names and surnames (without title) should be written. The name of the presenter should be underlined. Corresponding author’s e-mail address should be written under the address.
• The first letters of the title should be capital letters. It should be written with Times New Roman, bold, 14 fonts. Name, surname, and institution names of the author must be written clearly.
• At the end of the abstract, key words should be written in italics up to 5 words.
• Abstracts will be evaluated by the scientific committee, and the acceptance letter will be sent to the author responsible for correspondence. At least one of the authors should pay the full registration fee.
• Authors are responsible for the content of the summary and language. The scientific committee will not revise the abstracts.
• Authors are responsible for typographical errors.
• All submitted surveys must comply with international standards on animal welfare, ethics, and data protection.
• It should be specified what type of presentation (poster or oral) is preferred. The final decision, based on the content of your abstract and scientific program, will be given by the scientific committee.
• Authors may submit a maximum of 3 abstracts. There are no limitations on the number of submitted abstracts in which the author is listed as co-authors.
• A code will be assigned for each accepted abstract, and an acceptance letter will be sent to the corresponding author. You should specify the abstract code in all correspondence.

Poster and Oral Presentation Preparation Rules

• Poster size is 70x100 cm. Posters in Turkish should contain both Turkish and English abstracts.
• All posters should be readable from a distance of at least 1 meter. For this reason, it is recommended that the title be in 65-70 point font, the names, surnames, and institution names of the authors in 30-40 point font, and other sections in 25-30 point font.
• Posters will be hung by the poster owners in the places determined by the congress organization on the first day of the congress.
• Oral presentations should be prepared in PowerPoint format.
• Oral presentation time will be 15 minutes, plus 5 minutes of discussion.
• Oral presentations must be pre-uploaded in the session room before the start of the session.
• Presentations can be made in Turkish or English.
